The amazing bass singer Grisha Borodo performs favorite Russian songs! Borodo lived through the Holocaust in the Volno Ghetto and the Belarusian woods. He overcame this terrible hardship and immigrated to Israel, where he co-founded The Arava Trio, which enjoyed great success in Israel. In 1958, the trio disbanded and Borodo began his solo career. He performs regularly in many different countries. This brand new album is a collection of songs composed by Borodo, set to words by Yesenin, Pasternak, Wissotzky, Markish, and more.
